("DIY-IT," "we," "our," or "us"), an Illinois corporation with its principal place of business at TBD, Chicago, IL 60601, collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "your") of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is designed to comply with applicable laws, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

- Social Security Number (SSN): In limited circumstances, such as for tax reporting purposes for contest winners, we may collect your SSN. When we do so, we comply with all applicable laws regarding the collection, storage, and use of SSNs.

- 5.1 Account Information: You may review, update, correct, or delete the personal information in your account by logging into your account or contacting us at privacy@diyit.app. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- 5.2 Marketing Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
- 5.3 Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
- 5.4 Do Not Track: Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the primary email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on our website. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
